As an Alumni of LCI with over 2 decades in the hospitality industry while serving 10 Years as USBG Greater Baton Rouge Chapter President, Chef George has always had passion for Food and drink. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences with his students. His journey has taken him both around the country and the world all while working in the industry. Through the years, George has won several competitions and been a leader in the community, including starting our chapter of the Bartenders’ Guild. 

 

After settling back in Baton Rouge, he managed several restaurants before joining our team of Instructors.
