A Louisiana Cooking School Culinary Excellence in the Heart of Baton Rouge Located at 10550 Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, LA, the Louisiana Culinary Institute is a state-of-the-art, approximately 28,500 square foot facility, which consists of up-to-date classrooms, including three (3) demonstration labs, a full service restaurant kitchen, a project kitchen, a bakery demonstration lab, a restaurant dining room, an Amphitheater with a residential kitchen, and a media center. The facility is an authentic environment for the education of culinary professionals. All of the equipment is well-maintained and kept in a sanitary and safe condition.
