Borders Grand Opening Louisiana Culinary Institute Cooking Demonstrations Louisiana Culinary Institute (LCI) will be doing three cooking demonstrations at the Grand Opening of Borders' in Baton Rouge August 29-31. The 25,000-square-foot store is located in the Mall of Louisiana's newly constructed open-air wing, The Boulevard, located at Picardy Avenue and Bluebonnet Boulevard in Baton Rouge.
These demonstrations will be performed by Student Chefs and Chef Instructors from LCI. Please come and join us and taste some of the delicious samples they will provide. The schedule is as follows; each demonstration will be 30-45 minutes depending on question and answer segments. - Friday August 29

Salsa and Dips: 5:30 pm Chef Instructor David Tiner - Sunday August 31
