Cooking with Southern Oregon Pears

Join the Louisiana Culinary Institute’s (LCI) own Nutrition Instructor Jackie Marsh and LCI students for a cooking demonstration at Harry David’s in Gonzales, LA. The cooking demo will incorporate Harry and David’s famous Southern Oregon Pears into delectable samples for guest shoppers.

This free event will be held from 12pm – 3pm at the Harry & David store located at The Tanger Outlet Mall in Gonzalez, LA. For a preview of this weekend’s cooking demonstration please tune in this Saturday to your local CBS affiliate or WAFB Chanel 9 between 8am-9am. Come celebrate Harry & David’s 75th year anniversary!
