Pate a Choux

What can I do with Pate a Choux!
We will make the classic French pate a choux and the pastries that are made with it: cream puffs, eclairs, profiterole swans, and Paris Brest. We will make pastry cream and diplomat cream, as well as a cheese filling to make a savory puff. Take home your creations.
