Fun with Dad - Father's Day Cooking

Nothing says World's Best Dad like a world-class meal! Join Chef Jeanne Mancuso to make dad some of his favorites —like a perfectly stuffed bacon BBQ grilled burger. For dessert, we'll break out the the stout beer and make him a moist chocolate cake. Take this class with the father figure in your life or learn the recipes on your own to recreate the meal for a Father's Day dinner.

Hands On Menu Includes:
- Fried Green Beans with Creamy Dipping Sauce
- Pimento Cheese Mashed Potatoes
- Stuffed Bacon Burger on a Pretzel Bun
- Frosted Chocolate Root Beer Cake

All leisure classes include hands-on instruction from our ACF Certified Chef Instructors, food materials, apron, and recipe booklet.

Tickets are required to attend this event. Due to the nature of our leisure classes, walk-ins are not accepted. If redeeming a gift certificate, please call LCI at 225-769-8820.

If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
