Louisiana Culinary School has a state-of-the-art facility complete with restaurant grade kitchens and cooking labs.  Our kitchens are fully equipped with commercial grade appliances and other amenities that are up to code and ready to be used. BRQ Seafood and Barbeque, along with Bacon & Fig Events can also provide expertise and access. Whether you need to bake 2,000 cupcakes, make 400 gallons of spaghetti sauce, smoke 5,000lbs. of meat, or create 700 boxed lunches, the kitchens at LCI are an ideal option. Cost-effectiveness, and convenience are only a few of the benefits that a commissary kitchen can offer.
