LCI students are offered plenty of unique opportunities & experiences to learn about the culinary profession.
Race to Cannes
Each year LCI holds the Race to Cannes, a competition amongst its students for an opportunity to join the American Pavilion cooking team at the Cannes Film Festival in May. Through a series of challenges, students will craft original dishes from a specified set of ingredients including proteins, starches, and vegetables.
The Masters
LCI students are offered the opportunity to interview for an opportunity to travel to Augusta, Georgia to prepare delicious meals for all people involved, including the golfers.

Disney Culinary Program
Disney Culinary Program recruits culinary students from schools such as LCI. With more than 500 dining opportunities around Walt Disney World, students are offered unique internships or culinary positions!
