An alumnus of Louisiana Culinary Institute with over two decades in hospitality and ten years as USBG Greater Baton Rouge Chapter President, Chef George has a lifelong passion for food and drink. His culinary journey has taken him across the country and around the world. An award-winning competitor and dedicated community leader, George founded the local Bartenders' Guild chapter and delights in sharing his knowledge and experience with his students.
