Join Chef Colt Patin for a hands-on Cajun Summer Supper featuring fresh Louisiana flavors and classic Southern techniques. Guests will prepare a chilled Gulf Shrimp & Summer Tomato Salad with Creole Citrus Vinaigrette, Blackened Redfish with Lemon Butter Cream, Corn Maque Choux, and White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Anglaise in this flavorful 3-hour cooking experience.




Cancellations- Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class. Gift certificates are considered redeemed for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or no-shows the day of the class.

If there is an unexpected cancellation for a leisure class from LCI, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund in the form of a check or credit to another currently open leisure class will be available.
