In this Creative BBQ Class, we will learn how to make tasty BBQ rubs and sauces. We will use those to prepare Meatballs with Texas BBQ sauce over mashed potatoes. BBQ chicken with a bold Carolina mustard sauce served with a coleslaw and baked beans. Smoked pork tenderloin with a Louisiana spicy BBQ sauce over a creamy mac and cheese. Take Home Your Creations!
