Because enriched breads are a labor of love and require extra time for proofing, this is a 5-hour class with a lunch break. Light lunch will be provided for participants.

All tools and supplies will be provided, so just bring your creativity and excitement! Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class is perfect for you.
