Pâte á Choux Pastries

Choux (pronounced like “shoe”) means cabbages in French; the baked puffs resemble small cabbages. In this class, you will be preparing delightful Eclairs, Swans, and Paris Brest choux filled with praline, raspberry, and chocolate pastry creams. Completed with the traditional toppings, you will be bringing home a lovely assortment of French classics.
